How it Works
01. Assessment & Physical Exam
We'll discuss your wellness story, health concerns, lifestyle, and your personal goals. During your physical exam, we will assess your posture, mobility, and any areas of tension or discomfort. Before photos will be taken to track and compare your progress after 12 sessions.
02. Hands on Session
You'll get up to 30 minute first session to experience healing right away. The Spinal Flow Technique involves gentle pressure along the access points of the spine while lying comfortably on a treatment table.
This pressure increases more wave and promotes healing throughout your body.
03. After Session
We'll custom curate a care plan based on your availability and your goals for connecting with your inner-self. Big change happens the closer your appointments are together. Following your appointment, you'll be given tools to reduce stress in your every day life, comprehensive journaling prompts, and tips to enhance your wellness journey.
