Inner Circle Session

Somatic healing is a practice that connects the mind and body to release stress, tension, and trauma stored in the body. By focusing on bodily sensations and experiences, it helps individuals process deeply held fears and cultivate a sense of safety and resilience. This practice can be especially beneficial for those experiencing limiting beliefs, as it provides tools to address fears  and reconnect with the body's innate strength and wisdom.
